We stand behind every piece we drop. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — no runaround, no drama.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn (except to try on)
- Unwashed
- In the same condition as received
How to Start a Return
Reach out within 30 days of receiving your order at inkdemondesigns@gmail.com. Include your order number and reason for the return and we'll get back to you with next steps — fast.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable method — we can't be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the status. If approved, you choose:
- A full refund to your original payment method, or
- Store credit — your call
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale — no returns or refunds.
Limited Stock Items
Many of our pieces are limited drops. Once they're gone, they may not come back — so we encourage you to choose carefully. That said, if there's a genuine issue with your order, we've got you.
Care Instructions & Shrinkage Notice
Our garments are made from premium cotton and cotton-blend fabrics. To keep your piece looking its best and maintain the fit:
- Wash cold (30°C / 86°F or below)
- Hang dry or lay flat to dry — avoid the dryer when possible
- If using a dryer, use low heat only
- Wash inside out to protect the print
Please note: shrinkage caused by improper washing or drying is not covered under our return policy. We strongly recommend following the care instructions above to preserve the fit and print quality of your garment.
