Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn (except to try on)
Unwashed
In the same condition as received

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. You can reach us at [inkdemondesigns@gmail.com]. Include your order number and the reason for your return and we'll get back to you with next steps.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you'll receive either:

A full refund to your original payment method, or
Store credit — your choice

Refunds to your original payment method may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
