Refund policy

We stand behind every piece we drop. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn (except to try on), unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

How to start a return: Email inkdemondesigns@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with next steps.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable shipping method, since we can't be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know its status. If approved, you choose a full refund to your original payment method or store credit. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Sale items: All sale items are final sale and can't be returned or refunded.

Damaged or wrong items: If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us your order number and a photo and we'll fix it.

Shrinkage: Shrinkage caused by improper washing or drying is not covered. Wash cold, inside out, and hang dry or lay flat to dry.
