Shipping policy

Every Ink Demon order is packed by hand and shipped from Utah.

Processing time: In-stock orders ship within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Custom orders follow the timeline in your quote, usually 2-3 weeks.

Shipping rates (US only): Standard shipping is $8 on orders under $100 and FREE on orders of $100 or more. Express shipping is $15. Delivery times depend on the carrier, usually 2-5 business days after your order ships for standard shipping.

Where we ship: We currently ship within the United States only.

Lost or damaged packages: If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, email inkdemondesigns@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help sort it out with the carrier.

Wrong address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer, but email us right away and we'll do our best to fix it before it ships.
